Using key performance indicators and data-driven objectives, I established, launched, and developed a broad range of activities and programs focused on policies and practices, creating a positive working environment, healthy lifestyles, mental health, and improving the organisation's culture.In November 2017, the Mayor of London's office recognised my work. My University was granted the London Healthy Workplace Charter Excellence award, the highest level attainable, and I was commended for submitting evidence of an exceptionally high standard.
