Lead ACI Pharma HR team to ensure all sorts of HR support to Pharma Business.Supervise the HR Service team who provides different repetitive HR support to Core HR team. Create better people insights through HR Analytics to drive data driven decision making.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Support current and future talent needs through development, acquisition, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital as a part of HR Planning.Actively participate and drive process reengineering projects to ensure smooth operation and enhance productivity.Organize domain specific knowledge sharing sessions on yearly basis like “Engineering Excellence”, Manufacturing Excellence”, “Marketing Excellence”.Administer annual performance appraisal process (online & manual), analyze discrepancy, streamline recommendations and calculate performance award as a part of performance management system that drives high performance.Assess training and development needs to apply and monitor training and development programs.Design / redesign compensation & benefit package for specific group of employees on the basis of requirement.Drive employment engagement events like Cricket Tournament, Badminton Tournament.Face different local & global HR Audit, ensure compliance in light of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, amendment 2013, Rules 2015 & amendment 2018.Organize IT contest “Magic Cell Maestro” to encourage and enhance the level of expertise in MS Excel.Drive different campaign to bring awareness on organization Values, Health, Culture, IT and other topics as per requirement.Review and prepare different policy at group level and for Pharma business as per requirement.Closely work with MIS department to redesign HRIS and update HR career portal.Prepare different periodical reports of Group HR department’s activity & upcoming plan to produce to Group MD’s Office.

• Training & Development:Manage the whole training process, Assess training need at the micro and macro level, Discuss with functional Heads to identify training needs of the function, Assist in negotiation process with management for approval of training plan and budget, Arrange, coordinate training program - in-house, local & overseas, Actualize the training programs as per calendar, Conduct impact analysis.• Performance Appraisal:Conduct awareness session on appraisal session, assist HODs to assess successors, Collect performance appraisal forms duly appraised by supervisor and calculate increment amount as per policy, prepare increment & promotion letter and distribute.• Policy formulation:Prepare new policy in line with existing & standard procedure and law of the land, take approval from appropriate authority and circulate.• Different analysis & report writing:Perform different analysis to establish evidence based Human Resources practices and prepare report on change initiatives.
