I effectively coordinated between credit visa and asset clearance teams to facilitate the closing process, confirming unit delivery, and managing the contract closing process among buyers, sellers, lawyers, and real estate agents. A key part of my role was verifying the implementation of all contract terms, financial obligations, and legal requirements before completing the closing. This involved ensuring the availability of all necessary documents, such as ownership certificates, licenses, technical reports, and financial data.
