Project Manager
Current- Managing diverse OSP projects including fiber to the Mobile FTTM, EBU, KA, junction, and data center for stc Fixed Access, Riyadh city.- Managing all phases of OSP projects, including site surveys, design, and implementations, ensuring strict adherence to STC standards.- Continuously performance appraisals and project monitoring to OSP projects timelines, financial allocations, and stringent quality benchmarks, till completion.- Evaluating a project's scope and estimating the costs to establish and manage the associated budget.- Coordinated with among cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and achieve project goals within Key Result Areas (KRA) delineation.- Conduct weekly project meetings to review project progress, discuss issues and challenges.- Obtaining necessary permits from local authorities and managing right-of-way issues for laying cables and installing equipment along public and private property.- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, meticulously recording project plans, schedules, survey sheet, read line, and as built in accordance with stc standards.- Generate various types of reports, progress reports, risk assessments, and stakeholder reports, to communicate project status and key milestones to section manager, director and stakeholders.- Proficiently managing escalations, troubleshoot potential challenges, and synchronize upcoming tasks and priorities to ensure strict adherence for project delivery time.
