Worked with C-suite clients and led 2-3 person working teams. Projects included:• Evaluated multi-$XB renewable energy targets and M&A strategy for ~$100B industrial conglomerate• Conducted commercial due diligences on 13 deals exceeding $10B incl. travel, electrification and electronics• Developed product/EV strategy and portfolio complexity reduction for automotive icon• Headed org and operating model post-merger integration for 10k+ FTE distributor achieving $100M+ synergies• Owned internal data API tool for Bain’s PE Group, incl. product management, coding and support

Developed computer vision (CV) and artificial intelligence (AI) fashion tech product that used social media data to characterize apparel demand and therefore reduce waste and boost sales through more effective merchandising.• Completed pilot with ~$5B fashion brand, working with client merchandisers and data scientists, to demonstrate feasibility of technology through a case study of market trends in Italy• Led development of MVP web crawler and data infrastructure (Python, Google Cloud)
