Apply System administration tasks :Installing, configuring, managing and troubleshooting Windows Servers. - Design, implementing, configuring, securing and troubleshooting Active Directory Services, DHCP and DNS. - Administrating Company Office365 services “Mail , Lync” on cloud. - Take backup for Linux Virtual boxes using “Alike” tool.- Implement, support and administrate Citrix xen app farms. * Xen App VMS implementation, Citrix polices configuration and citrix applications publishment. *Install and configure Citrix SGS and Web servers. _ Develop Windows and Linux scripts to decrease the human effort and automate repeated tasks “ file transfer , file encryption/decryption , file compression/decompression”_ Deploy Security Windows patches periodically to all servers using “WSUS, GFI”. _Implementation and administration of Entrust Two factor authentication solution. _Encrypt Company laptops data using Safe boot end point encryption tool._Apply device control restrictions using “Lumension Secure wave” product to restrict using unneeded ports “USB, wireless, CD,” _Administration of Web root web filter agent. - Performing Predefined Daily and Monthly Tasks - Providing support documentation, including procedural documentation * Support over 500 servers (Windows & Linux) in different 4 sites * Administrate over 10 Active directory, DNS, DHCP * Work with security team to achieve the below PCI requirements:- keep an updated Inventory of the Authorized devices & software- Account Monitoring and Control- Continuous Vulnerability Assessment and Remediation- Malware Defenses- Controlled Use of Administrative Privileges- Application Software Security- Keep logs monitoring using “adaptive log” client software and SIEM Dragon Servers.- Existence of Data Recovery and System restoration - Implement very restrictive group policy to avoid any security penetration.

Working over 24/7 shift bases to perform the following duties:-- Early life support of MSCC infrastructure:- Provide 1st line support on monitoring and maintaining physical environment containing Data center, fire alarm, air conditions and UPS.- Monitoring Network devices, Leased lines, System and Database alerts.- Report daily activities and events on the monitored systems.- Handle problems with 3rd parties and open tickets with ISPs.- Follow diagrams and action plans to detect/resolve problems.- Escalate complex problems to 2nd line support teams and apply their advised corrective actions during their non-working hours.-- MSCC End users:- Install and configure computer systems within agreed policies/procedures, diagnose hardware/software, Operating system, applications and network faults.- Deploy operating system updates and security.- Resolve and correct problems, incidents and providing resolution either over the phone or face to face in a timely and efficient manner or escalating if necessary to the appropriate team then following up incidents and closing request after make sure satisfying the affected staff.-- MSCC Clients:- Provide 1st line support on monitoring and maintaining network connection between MSCC and all clients.- Provide 1st line support to users with respond to inquiries related to application problems, recording incidents, providing resolution- Provide clients with updates, status reports, and information via Ticketing system, email, or phone.- Generate daily reports for open cases to ensure following them up.
