Hi, I’m Akbar! I'm a second-year PhD student at the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar, India, specializing in hyperspectral imaging, drones, and deep learning in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. My passion lies in leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems.Before starting my PhD journey, I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Science and Engineering at Aliah University. During my academic career, I demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence and a keen interest in pushing the boundaries of technology.In the interim, I gained valuable experience as a Project Associate at IIT Ropar. This role provided me with hands-on experience in research and development, where I contributed to projects to advance technology in various domains.My academic and professional experiences have equipped me with a solid computer science foundation, practical research, and project management skills. I am excited to continue my academic journey at IIT Gandhinagar, where I am eager to explore innovative solutions in hyperspectral imaging.Outside academia, I enjoy staying updated with technological advancements, participating in hackathons, and engaging in community-driven initiatives.
