Santugon Training and Empowerment Program, or more popularly known as “STEP” is a program that aims to strengthen the identity of our organization by empowering our members to take initiative in further being engaged with realities inside and outside the university. In line with Santugon’s vision “empowered Lasallians, progressive citizenry,” we believe in the power of starting within ourselves first, before affecting positive change in society. Following our micro to macro approach, we recognize our ability to develop within the organization, and use this to further fuel our passion to fight for the advocacies that we support.

The role of the office of the Secretary General is to provide quality training and to integrate Santugon values in the core and candidates. This is done through understanding the value of relationship building, and how important it is for camaraderie to be established within members. The office is also in charge of the overall organization calendar, and the content and agenda of each day. The office’s goal is to guide and contribute to the growth of each member of the organization through its activities.

The Filipino Youth Summit (FYS) is an advocacy-based youth conference in the country where student-leaders gather to participate in reviewing government initiatives, addressing national issues, and collaborating towards a more progressive nation.

Animusika is an event for the culminating night under the University Week held in DLSU annually. This is led by assigned project heads from the Office of the Executive Vice President for Internal Affairs, University Student Government and in partnered with Lasallian Mission at DLSU.

Oversees and takes charge of all student concerns for the batch. Provides projects that would cater to the needs and concerns of the students and that ensures the proper welfare for the batch.
