- Providing full-scope legal support to key Nokia customer accounts in North America, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal compliance- Collaborating effectively with the commercial contract management team, sales team, and business group to draft and negotiate technology agreements with a focus on licensing, SaaS, and services- Offering contractual expertise throughout the organization and supporting contract changes, renegotiations, and extensions with key customers, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements- Partnering with the business group, customer teams, and other internal stakeholders to draft, negotiate, and interpret critical internal and external business issues, developing innovative solutions that protect Nokia’s interests, minimize risk, and sustain competitive advantage- Acting as a trusted advisor to the country leadership team on a wide range of issues relevant to Nokia's business in Canada, including corporate and commercial matters, settlement negotiations, regulatory compliance, HR, and data privacy- Serving as Country Privacy Lead for Canada, overseeing compliance with national data privacy regulations and managing the deployment of Nokia's global privacy program across the country- Supporting the order intake and revenue recognition decision-making process to ensure financial integrity and risk management- Drafting legal documents, position papers, reports, and memoranda as required for regional and market-level management, demonstrating strong communication and analytical skills- Performing proactive risk assessments to identify business processes that may represent a risk for the company, with an emphasis on financial controls, business efficiency, and compliance- Leading multiple legal risk management initiatives in the region to foster a positive, world-class legal compliance culture and ensure full adherence to internal and external governance requirements
