Current• Handling day to day operations such as preparing payments, receipts, and invoices.• Recording all purchases and expenses transactions.• Posting approved invoices for payments.• Updating account payables and performing reconciliations.• Ensuring timely bank payments to suppliers.• Following up on payments via telephone and emails.• Process all petty cash payments.• Posting and reconciling Company’s credit card, utilities, and other office expenses.• Maintain and update records of prepaid, deposits and accrued expenses.• Prepare reconciliation of G/L accounts.• Maintain balance sheet accounts.• Participate in monthly and annual closing.• Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures.• Support business in all accounting matters.
