Scope of works:1. Electromechanical requirements preparation (Arch. Requirements, Civil Requirements, …etc.)2. Lighting calculation, distribution and control (KNX) for indoor &outdoor areas and preparing Shop Drawing.3. Power, Feeder routing and Cable Tray Shop Drawing.4. Revising Fabrication Drawing for all electrical items.5. Preparing Fire alarm system Shop Drawing.6. Preparing Telephone and data system Shop Drawing.7. Preparing Security Systems Shop Drawing. (CCTV, Access control system).8. Power & Light current systems over all single diagrams design.9. Earthing & lightning network Shop Drawing.10.Bill of quantities (B.O.Q) .11.All the design based on the following codes (Saudi Building Codes and British Standard Codes of Practice, Building Regulations, CIBSE Guides, Code of Practice for Earthing BS 7430: 1998, Protection against Lightning BS EN 62305:2006,NEC ,IES Guide , installation of lightning protection NFPA 780).MANAGEMENT:1-Managing, reviewing & approving the shop drawing & material submittals samples2-Managing & reviewing quantity surveying for the entire MEP works in the project3-Documenting project issues/conditions.PRODUCTIVITY:1-Preparing technical and material submittals.2-Reviewing & approving the shop drawings coordination between finishing, electric, mechanical.3-Ensure the project deliverables are issued in accordance with the specified design.4-Technical supervision of all design and shop drawing activities in support of company project.COMMUNICATIONS :1-Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.2-Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms.COORDINATIONS:1-Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements2-Coordinate with quantity surveyors or payment appreciations and change orders.
