I held various leadership positions at HPL from April 2016 to July 2023. I joined as the Chief of Logistics in April 2016, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of both the Fuel Logistics and LPG Businesses in January 2019, and ultimately appointed Chief of Logistics and HSE at the end of 2019.During my tenure, I managed all aspects of the Fuel Logistics Business, LPG businesses while overseeing the Corporate HSE departments at Hascol. My responsibilities included coordinating business functions with corporate finance to drive growth, developing and executing annual plans, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to end customers. I conducted reviews and analyses to recommend capital expenditures and the acquisition of new equipment, which enhanced operational efficiency and service quality in both the Fuel Transport and LPG sectors.Furthermore, I oversaw the preparation and implementation of operational and marketing policies and standards. This included identifying and establishing safety protocols for handling hazardous materials, as well as advising on proposed fees, tariffs, and schedule charges. I actively engaged with external stakeholders to foster partnerships and drive business success."
