• BSS processes discussion and finalization with consensus of all stakeholders.• Maintain Network KPI’s upto Telecom standards.• Monitoring, analysing & resolving all Network KPI degradation issues raised by RF & NPA and to ensure their resolution within SLA/OLA. • End to end follow-up of network outages and rectifying the root cause.• Analysing and rectifying low TCH cases.• On field audits of sites to ensure high quality of preventive maintenance.• Weekly / Monthly evaluation of Vendor and subcon staff.• Planning and execution of monthly / quarterly Telco and non-Telco PM’s.• Timely completion of various PI & TI projects within the assigned areas.• Entertaining customer complaints.• Coordination with different departments for resolution of chronic network issue.• Hands on experience on Nokia siemens telecom equipment.• Reduction of OPEX costs.• Live monitoring of network sites through NMS.• Conducting ATP & TSS visits on sites.• Sharing sub-regional reports with the management on weekly basis.• Coordination with OMO & PTCL on outages.• Over fuelling analysis of sites and rectification of root causes.• Coordination with Network security on Owner / Guard related issues.• Resolution of CRD NOC complaints, worst cells resolution and hardware issues as per agreed TAT • Handling Work orders and customer complaints through HP service Manager.• Handover testing of newly built sites.• Regular health checks of DC system on critical locations like PTCL colocation, Repeaters and Hub sites.• Overall supervision of different power and Telecomm activities within the assigned area.• Sharing the root cause analysis report of major outages to management.• Highlighting Repeated, Prolong and Major outages and rectifying the root cause.• Remote monitoring of sites through NMS(NSN, Siemens, ZTE) and fixing quality related issues.

• Service affecting alarms monitoring and escalations to concern field teams.• Outages follow-up with field teams till resolution.• Creating trouble tickets for outages in HP service desk and closing it after resolution of issues.• Power alarms escalations of Major Hubsites and repeaters to field teams.• Originating messages to all stakeholders and management for prolong and critical outages.• Intimating CRD NOC regarding on-going outages and its impact on customers.• Sanity check of all planned activities and planned outages and escalation to concern field operations management.• Making fault reports of network outages.
