As a senior associate, I was given the opportunity to lead the audit team and delegate responsibilities to the team members. While managing the audit engagements, the role frequently involved directing and guiding my team, finalization of deliverables within deadlines, research and application of new Audit (ISA) and Accounting (IFRS) standards.The responsibilities of this role often required direct discussion and communication with the engagement partner and client's management, regarding the audit observations and findings of the audit, during the finalization of the engagement.

As a semi senior Audit Associate I was given more responsibilities being a part of the audit team and also contributed towards managing the internal and external audits at various clients.In this role I was often associated with talking about significant issues with the management of the respective client while being actively corresponding with the Firm's management and discussing the matters that required attention.This role furnished me with the necessary relational abilities and further honed my communication skills. It further equipped me with the ability to assist, guide and manage entry level audit associates at audit engagements.

As an Audit Associate I was assigned to work as part of various audit teams assigned for the purpose of internal and external audit services to numerous clients.The experience that I acquired as an entry level Audit Associate has immensely outfitted me with the applicable experience and information that this occupation involves.
