United Kingdom base company Option Consultancy services Limited, working in Pakistan as a Manager of the Technical Assistances Management Agency (TAMA).TAMA and DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH NWFP decided to work on Baseline Assessment for a Quality of Care in NWFP. Their goal was to do survey in all the private and government hospital to analyze and developed standard for quality health care. So I was hired as a computer Analyst. I was required to develop a tool and collect all the hospital data such as hospital staff and patient’s interview, conditions of hospital and its equipment, and details of additional equipment they need to provide quality health care also provided details for their problems they are facing in required pattern.
