• Working through the Full Life Cycle Recruiting process for IT/Engineering and management positions.• Working with clients to write and evaluate job descriptions• Sourcing candidates using a pipeline, established relationships, networking, internal database, various Internet sites and other methods as needed to fill job orders• Scheduling interviews and negotiating pay rates for candidates selected by the clients• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, employees, and applicants• Reviewing resumes and evaluating applicants through interview process to reveal job skills, work history, education, training, and compensation needs
