Valor has never been out of style for me. I am a firm believer of the fact that until and unless the determination to succeed is prevalent in oneself, the path to success never opens up. All throughout the journey of life, I have made full use of every opportunity coming my way. The privilege of studying in PUMBA, Pune University has taught me to differentiate myself from the “unoriginal” and “unimaginative”, through my work. I want to make my work an intellectually stimulating experience for which it is important to bring fresh perspectives to work as well as accept other’s viewpoints and I think I can do both. I do not compromise on my integrity in face of various temptations that come in my way and I think this is one of the most important qualities of a leader.I believe in the power of learning on the job, setting right expectations and adapting to the fast growth of the company as well as client’s changing requirements.A career in Corporate Communications, Relationship Manager, Public Relations, Event Management, Membership development has always fascinated me due to its challenging nature as it requires tremendous amount of stakeholder management and influencing others without authority. It would give me an opportunity to work with the best brains across the globe and contribute from my past and present learning.
