• Responsible for working with Aeronautical Communication Site with Data General Aviion workstation and server with DG UNIX flavour. • Daily work includes to manage the smooth flow of 15 DG Aviion servers and 64 DG Aviion workstations, patch installation, OS installation, report a bug and customer related VPN issues, Network configuration (NIC), for use on operational networks. • Also responsible for weekly backups on tape drive.

• Responsible for maintaining mission critical server of Data General Eclipse MV 15000 mainframe with AOS/VS 7.73 and various user terminals through thin client. • Implemented the migration of RISC based DG Mainframe series from Winchester device to SCSI device. • Daily activities include configuration of Multiplexers, Modems, Line drivers, CISCO Switches. • Setup and manage internet connection using broadband router & NIC.• Worked on component level troubleshooting on workstations and servers.• Assembling, Troubleshooting, and maintaining Pentium PC's at Windows OS level. • Developed a web based ticketing tool in C and HTML language for customer problems.
