I am working with Seagull Maritime Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Okhla Industrial Area (New Delhi) as an Sr. Operation Executive (Import & Export) from Nov 2015 to till date.Product Line: Freight Forwarding (Import & Export), 3PL, Air & LCL shipments for commodity such as Rice, ACP (Aluminium Composite Panels), Aluminium Coils/Foils, ENA (Haz Cargo), Glass Bottle, Set up Boxes, Cables, Antenna, Stainless Steel Bars, Textile & Handicraft Products. Job Profile• Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.• Maintain records of customer details / sales visits/ all clients DSR on daily basis. • Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.• Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.• Person in charge for all pre/post shipment matters. • Follow up for overdue payment and demurrages/detention. • Ensure shipments are delivered in a timely manner. • Providing sales reports to help the sales manager.• Coordination with internal staff (ie. Ops, Docs, Commercial, CS & A/C) to meet client requirement.• Coordination with external vendors (i.e. S/L, Transporter, CHA & CTO).• Coordination with overseas WCA agents for both types of Export & Import shipments.• Giving quotation to client with help of sales manager.

• Managed all exports/import cargo handling & movement through different ports in India.• Co-ordinate closely with the Logistics & Freight Forwarding agent.• Co-ordinate & follow up with the port officials, customs, handling agent & shipping agent to avoid delay berthing of the vessel.• Follow up with the CHA for custom documentation in time.• Achieve knowledge & experience in planning & action, accountability in vessel berthing-sailing planning & formalities and cost involved in cargo import – export.• Also experienced in management & planning of vessel, checking documentation from vessel agent, invoicing etc.• Generating documents (invoice/packing list) through ERP Navision.
