NA's SAP HCM Consultant, I collaborate with an SAP HCM architect to configure and modify SAP Human Resources modules, such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Time, and Payroll. I hold the SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM with ERP 6.0 EhP7 certification, which validates my proficiency and knowledge in this domain.I have also contributed to various phases of the SAP implementation lifecycle, such as analysis, design, testing, training, and data migration. I can write functional specification documents, test scripts, and end-user training documents, as well as support business users on user acceptance testing and data cutover. One of my notable achievements was completing a large-scale data migration project using LSMW, where I was responsible for data gathering, mapping, cleansing, and uploading. I am resourceful, analytical, and curious, and I have a strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of human resource and human capital. I have a B.Com degree from CCS University, where I studied accounting, finance, and management. I have successfully completed my MBA in Human Resources Management from Glocal University, spanning the academic years 2021 to 2023. During this rigorous program, I achieved a commendable 7 SGPA, reflecting my dedication and academic prowess in the field of HR.Throughout the program, I engaged in multiple projects that provided me with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of various HR functions.
