CurrentWorking closely with organizational leadership, including Directors and Director Generals to strategically affect the directionof operations.• Closely collaborating with project members and vendors to identify and quickly address the problems on POP’s.• Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.• Managing and implementation of new technological improvements resulting in organizational increased efficiency.• Providing leadership and support for IT Department in Central Region (Punjab, Pakistan).• Recruited and trained IT team members for the establishment of National Data Center (TIER-III) at UET, Lahore.• Managing other IT professionals, including support staff, Network Staff, multiple NOC Team’s, etc.• Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements,and other metrics and needs.• Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectives.• Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements.• Builds and maintains relationships with outside vendors.• Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.• Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.• Calculating the costs of current and future IT systems.• Consulting with department heads, system users and other stakeholders to ensure maximum effectiveness of IT operations.• Overall management of technical operations, including management of a diverse team of skilled IT professionals.
