Administrative Coordinator
Current- Coordination and management of office operations and procedures, including maintaining office systems and equipment, managing correspondence and phone calls, and organizing and maintaining office files.
- Assistance in the preparation and coordination of meetings, events, and other activities, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and coordinating with other staff and vendors.
- Performance of various administrative and support tasks, such as generating reports, conducting research, preparing presentations and documents, managing databases, and performing data entry and analysis.
