Major locations include Afghanistan, Iraq, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Ivory Costs, and Liberia. Duties Involved:Plan, organize and complete audits of world-wide locations to evaluate the effectiveness of the Company's internal controls. Assist with the development of the annual audit plan, including the on-going identification and assessment of the company's key risks. Identify potential gaps/weakness in controls and/or key risk areas that may lack substantive monitoring controls. Develop proper audit programs to address the relevant risks. Examine internal controls and conduct audits with a value-add perspective. Monitor and assess management's progress on past audit results and report related follow-up to the Group Audit Manager. Present audit findings to the Group Audit Manager. Draft audit reports for distribution to executive management and the Audit Committee. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for the quarterly Audit Committee meetings, and attend such meetings as may be required from time-to-time. Coordinate with external auditors to address their audit issues

Analyze & design procedures for recording/processing transactions in order to computerization the accounting system and introduce financial controls.Control the financial reporting and running day-to-day financial matters relating to Sports City, Discovery Garden and Jasmine Garden (The World) projects.Organize payments to developers, landlords, consultants, sub-agents etc. as per funds adequacy and management approvals. Monitor the outstanding from the clients and prepare reconciliation with regard to payments plans and due dates for every client and expedite the recoveries of long outstanding.Consolidate the financial results of different projects of the companies and report to the management.Reconciliation with group offices acting as direct sales agents located in Ireland, Spain and London for their commission/dividend payments.Prepare fund reconciliation between different projects of the group.Co-ordinate the preparation of group budgeting for various projects and then to control expenditures through periodic review of the operations.Advise on profitability improvement through cost control & proper allocation of operational expenses.
