If there's one thing I've learned from my time in the supply chain industry, it's that the devil is in the details. My journey began at P&G, where I cut my teeth on all aspects of supply chain planning and execution. At P&G, I successfully rolled out the S&OP process and improved forecast accuracy. After nine years at P&G, With my experience and a Master's in Economics, I was ready for a new challenge. That's when I made the move to Nokia Corporation as a demand fulfillment manager, looking after the Near East and Afghanistan markets, and later moved to the Middle East as a supply chain capability development manager. After six years at Nokia, I took on the challenge of developing and delivering a productive supply chain function at Rolaco in KSA. successfully delivered results in 2 years: 40% inventory reduction, 80% improvement in order fulfillment, and trained a dedicated team of supply chain professionals. My next stop was Fonterra Brands, where I streamlined the S&OP process and rolled out the IBP and SAP demand modules. When I'm not optimizing supply chains, I love to get my hands on nonfiction books and music. It's a wonderful way to stay calm and focused.I have enjoyed many executive positions throughout my career in demand management, warehouse management, logistics, and operations. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:I put the customer at the center of all that I do.My gut instinct is good, but I seek data for my decisions.I love to win, but helping the team win gives me greater joy.I tell great narratives that motivate.I educate, refine, and drive myself to be a better person.I am constantly learning because I never settle.I stay calm when faced with adversity.I focus on making high-quality decisions.Professional SkillsDemand Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Team Development, Logistics and Transportation, and Strategic Planning
