My role involves managing key departments @ wasl (Real Estate Developments, Project Commercial, Construction, Finance with cross department integrations). These departments are involved in Investment Planning, Feasibility Study, Design, Project Tendering and Manage Construction for scope, budget and schedule, Financial Consolidation, Organization Budget and Forecast, Corporate Cash Flow & Business Plan. I look after smooth running of these business departments by delivering IT Business & Infrastructure solutions by understanding their business processes and requirements. Focus on user satisfaction for services provided by IT and ensure IT Investments bring in business value by enabling and supporting business. Below are the some of my key achievements at this role:-Successfully managed programs up to AED 10m with peak team size of 50 people-With the Implementation of Business Planning & Consolidation program, helped business to achieve efficient model/process for Project Feasibility, Budgeting & Forecasting, Corporate Cash flow and Financial Consolidation. Also streamlined the Manpower and Procurement Planning.-Through eTendering project, brought efficiency in key areas like pre-qualification, bid analysis and contract management.-Implementation of OpenText ensured the efficient way to collaborate with consultants for Design Review and Feedback.

-Through ERP Implementation helped wasl to achieve Operational and Financial Excellence, High Performing Assets and Superior customer value-Led Business Intelligence project and assisted business executives to define their KPIs. Delivered 20+ Executive Dashboards and 200+ Reports to different business functions, which includes 50+ key KPIs to monitor real estate business.-Successfully managed Project Management office(PMO) by monitoring and reporting 60+ Projects. Provided support to Project Managers on executing projects based on PMI standards. -Led IT Governance implementation based on COBIT Framework and achieved second highest maturity in the Middle East. -By implementing Collaboration & Document Management system, brought Project Consultants, Contractors and wasl stakeholders in single platform with efficient document flow, review and approvals.-Implementation of Project Risk Management system helped to reduce claims and arbitrations by identifying projects risks, mitigating and monitoring it on regular frequency.-Have managed multiple projects in end-o-end management of vendors starting for RFP creation, vendor technical and commercial bid evaluation, defining SOW, tracking contractual deliverables to closure.

This system is used for Selling Parts to different kind of customers with different discount scheme. Also its takes care of Suggesting Parts based on current stock on hand.Project: eService Application takes care of all the steps to do servicing of a Vehicle. Its starts from creating an Appointment based on workshop loads to delivering a Vehicle. It includes Service Back Office modules, which takes care of assigning task to Technician to calculating Technician Incentive.Project: Microsoft BizTalk is used to integrate all LOBs (eService, eParts, Used Car and Sale System) to post sales data in Oracle Financials. This module gives the flexibility to post the data in real time to identify the Credit Limit of a Credit Customer. This will be interface to Oracle e-Business by using Oracle e-Business adaptor of BizTalk. Project: EPB(Electronic Process Control Board): is a real time process control board, which is used in Workshop. Customer can see the status of his/her car in the Workshop, Chief Technician can see the load on each bays and Service Advisor can see Next Available time in the workshop to commit to the customer. Project: CEIS (Corporate Executive Information System) dashboard shows the statistics of Workshop Load, Sales Data and Technician Efficiency etc. Data warehouse concept has been used in this project

Role: Development LeadProject/Client: SmartApp, MetLife, USA SmartApp is a new business acquisition system that enables users to acquire new annuity contracts as well as maintain existing contracts. The entire system services the MetLife main office as well as it many branch offices. It is web based system and developed in VB, COM and ASP. We here maintain this system and also started with migration of this system to .Net Architecture. .Responsibilities---> Requirement gathering and analysis. Architecting the solution. Design the system using OOAD/UML. ---> Developed key modules and business components. Involved in code review. Role: Module LeadProject/Client: Premier CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch), Motorola Premier CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) fully automates call taking and dispatching functions for 911 calls. The client-server project involves mission critical development using the high performance server, which is scalable and easy to customize for different customers. The front end is the existing Delphi system, while the back end tiers are developed using C#.NET.Functionality includes developing different interfaces to interact with external devices, administration menus and Transactions to support end to end functionality.Responsibilities---> Analysis of the existing legacy application, and design of the Transactions using Rational Rose. ---> Development of System maintenance menu, and transactions that involve Unit related functionalities. ---> Leading a module of 7 members, where the full team size is 40.Environment: C#, .NET Remoting, Rational Rose 7.7, Delphi, SQL Server
