As RM I was responsible for following tasks, •Primary responsibilities included, marketing of fresh clients (asset based) to the bank and monitoring of existing portfolio both in short and long term modes•Credit evaluation of customer, identifying the customer financial need and structuring of customer’s facilities both in long term and short term like Murabaha, Ijara, Salam, Istisna and Diminishing Musharaka•Ensure timely processing of fresh & existing credit proposals, arrange timely approvals of proposed facilities from Risk Division, liaison with CAD for completion of all post approval formalities•Ensure timely disbursements in corporate accounts & timely recovery of Islamic deals to avoid income loss•Generation of improved yield on relationships with optimal utilization of limits•Conducting borrower’s financial and operating analysis, Industry analysis, business process analysis, Security Analysis and Risk Analysis.•Compliance of Prudential Regulations of Central Bank (Regulator) and compliance of Sharia guidelines•Ensures timely and accurate submission of MIS and follow-up reports for the Management review•deposit mobilization in CASA modes from corporate accounts with cross selling of other Bank's products•Client visits, ECIB search reports, registration of charge over customer’s assets with SECP•Preparing reports related to portfolio and sales pipeline on fortnightly and monthly basis•Responsible for quality of assets in the portfolio. Follow up for regularization and recovery of sticky/special mention/classified accounts in the portfolio.•Customer File maintenance and keep it updated for ready reference and audit purpose•Monitoring of credit documentation exceptions and its removal to keep the portfolio clean•Coordination with Takaful company for arrangement of Takaful policies and on time claim processing •Regular meetings with Takaful Coordinator for achievement of assigned targets and future sales strategy

•Issuance of Letter of Guarantee, entry in Guarantee record system, deduction of Guarantee commission charges and its issuance of Guarantee verification letter •Vetting of Draft/text from Legal Advisor•Establishing Letter of Credits (Inland), deduction of LC charges•Murabaha funds disbursement, its documentation and record keeping for audit purpose•Arrangement of funds by calling to customer for closure of Murabaha deals before the due date and settlement of Murabaha Deals in the system•Ijara Funds disbursements and its documentation and monthly rentals recovery•Ensure the implementation of Shariah guidelines and principles•Preparing the charge documents, security documents under the guide lines of Credit Administration Unit •Balancing and record keeping of security stationery•Coordination with credit administration center for facility offer letter and DAC (Disbursement Authorization Certificate)•Deduction of installments and accrual posting of staff facilities and customers•Processing of Insurance Claims of customers and staff for their facilities

•Implementation of action plans regarding sales designed by Head Office•Coordination with Service Center Managers for Sales Performance of their region•Monitoring of sales performance of cities and region•Monitoring of products performance on daily basis•Forecasting and Sales Analysis for review of General Manager on weekly basis •Making the summary report of every sales person on monthly basis •Visits of Service Centers located in the north side of the country for general overview•All other responsibilities assigned by the General Manager

•Preparing the activity report of credit control officers•Monitoring the credit status of corporate accounts•Making the action plan for decreasing the DOS (Days outstanding Sales)•Preparing Ageing of Portfolio on Weekly and Fortnightly and monthly basis•Follow up calls to corporate clients for on time payment settlement•Take the appropriate measures for wrong errors in customers bill•Monthly meeting with Head Office for portfolio health through video conferencing
