• Manage 24/7 NOC team of 5 members• iDirect Hubs Support(Network on NSS-11 Ku Band,Chinastar-1 C band and PAKSat-1 Ku band )• SLA compliance for the clients on iDirect Network including iDirect 5IF Satellite Hub Chassis and 10000 series private hub• Traffic Engineering to meet desire contention• Satellite Bandwidth Management for TDM and SCPC links point to point links.• Internet services deployment, support and SLA compliance, configuration of ISP core router for providing internet to customers• Strategy planning for backhaul links for Clients on iDirect• Coordination with vendors for new and existing projects • Team building and training

• BW allocation for SCPC VSAT clients• Satellite Bandwidth management • Traffic engineering to maintain desire contention• Weekly backup for core devices(iDirect NMS, core router, switches, remote end terminal devices) • Monthly network health report and feasibility for future network requirement• Feasibility & configuration of backhaul links and their monitoring • Monitoring tools configuration to monitor core and remote devices
