PappaRoti is an international chain of coffee shops renowned for its signature buns. There are over 200 PappaRoti cafes and kiosks across the globe.Project Management: -Understand and manage all design documentation, drawings, specifications, contract terms and conditions as well as any special requirements for new Papparoti Coffee Shops.-Attends all project updates and progress meetings for PCS' under construction across the UAE & 10 other markets in Middle East.-Manage negotiations with contractors.-Co-ordination and supervision of construction activities as well as performing on site inspections for quality control. -Monitors daily site activities including inspecting work and managing staff performance.-Produce performance reports to analyse areas for improvements related to project delivery.-Ensures handover process for all completed projects.-Manages the process of project completion according to the contract requirements, time, quality and cost schedules.-Conducts architectural inspections for Papparoti Coffee Shops prior to opening of new ones.Contractor Management: -Manages the presentation of material submissions from contractors and oversees the approval process for all documents.-Reviews all contractors’ reports and ensures timely completion for monthly management reporting.-Manages and directs contractors to meet the design and construction requirements (including all fittings).-Monitors and manages the performance and compliance of the contractors inline with the scope of services, contractual obligations and standards. Ensures project timelines are adhered to and evaluate any issues in the construction phase of the project.Administration: -Maintains reporting and records for internal and external audit purposes.Office Team Management: -Monitors the performance of the architecture staff who manage the design and construction drawings for each shop.-Acts as the client representative for the submission of drawings.
