Since the Chairperson of Tribe got employed in Tribe we had to organize new chairperson election. I decided not to aim for a Chair / Vice Chair as I felt that with my current situation and focus in life I would not be the most effective and influential choice for Tribe's future.

On June 2020 I started working as service desinger and salesperson as contractor with my own business.

During the years 2013-2020 I worked as contractor for a house painting company with my own business. As an entrepreneur I have learned a great deal about organizing work and got the confidence to take projects that might seem intimidating at first. It involves taking responsibility and risk + learning the skills you don't have.

Revolutionalizing battery quality control, shaping a sustainable tomorrow.

We had an idea /mock up stage startup. That implemented blockchain/nft's as backend technology in ticketing. We decided to leave it behind due high production costs and very competed market.

I worked as supervisor on two large house painting sites. Depending of the stage of work I dealt with 4-14 workers at the site and as supervisor I was responsable of communicating with the inspector, customers and partners.My daily job was to ensure safety and supply on the sites, and in its entirety assure that the project was advancing on time and the quality of work is great.The task required and improved many of my skills. As it required large scale of skillsets as communication (between workers, customers, chiefs, inspectors, partners etc), problem solving, leadership, stress handling and many other including of course knowledge about the work being done.

I enjoyed my service.I had to make hard decision between serving 6 months or 12months as junior leader. After continuos pondering I decided to aim for 6 month service (which was possible in my case) to be able to study for university entrance exams. Luckily afterwards I didn´t have to regret my decision too much as I got in to the Uni.

In Finland you are only allowed to work for a company after you have turned 15 years old. However I was still full of desire to work, therefore with my brother we decided to work for ourselves. Whereupon when I was 13 I spent my summer ironically as a soap vendor at Marketplace of Helsinki. We bought the soap as wholesale and sold it with profit.
