• Providing guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems. • Reviewing overall project status with the project management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.• Reviewing critical path and constraints to determine the effect of schedule changes and recommend workarounds.• Providing and verifying actual progress and comparing actual performance to original plans.• Evaluating allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain the required progress.• Preparing Value engineering if required by authorized authorities, and assist the Project Manager in advising on construction methodologies in coordination with other disciplines and Subcontractors before construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of trades.• Accumulating historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.• Supervising day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.• Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

• Reviewing the tender document including the scope of work, specifications, value engineering, tender bulletins, bill of quantities, technical offer, technical clarification, and prepare a list of deviations to the specification and scope of work where applicable. • Monitoring and Customizing project costs and provide the project manager with timely identification of deviations from the project budget. • Collecting data necessary to compile long and short-term activity plans and Make recommendations where extra sources or alternative work processes are required to maintain or increase performance.• Resolving outstanding deliverables and identify problematic design issues and make recommendations for alternative and cost redesign solutions when applicable.• Committed to HSE requirements and all applicable legislation and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at the project site and administrative offices.• Manage and supervise the Subcontractors and Site Engineers.

•Studying all technical drawings, documents and any revisions thereon and raising a technical query for any conflict information within the project technical document•Prepare a comparison report between tender documents and IFC documents in terms of materials quantities, specification and scope of work to the commercial department to claim any variations in project objectives.•Supervising the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation, and optimum output of trades to engage with the planning department to define project activities within the scope of work.•Engage with the procurement and planning departments for defining the materials required to execute the project and provide the necessary technical support to select the proper materials.•Supervising the preparation of full detailed shop drawings required to execute the project.

· Collect tender documents and prepares a delicate information summary sheet.· Studying tender documents to decide on the methodology of work.· Verifying quantities and preparing QTY Take-off, especially for the lump sum contracts.· Studying the contract conditions (general and particular) thoroughly to be aware of the contractual obligations and risk assessment.· Preparing of a rough estimated cost for the tender.· Analyzing the submitted quotations to select the qualified supplier or Sub-contractor (technically and financially).· Preparing the direct cost analysis for all resources (i.e., Labor, Material, Equipment, and Subcontracts). Issuing tender inquiries to obtain quantities from suppliers and subcontractors.· Produce the final total selling price and filling the schedule of costs/ BOQ’s.

· Study all shop drawings, project documents and any revisions thereon.· Install, pre commissioning, commissioning and handing over of mechanical works with quality in according to project specification within the designated time frame.· Supervise the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor.· Analysing, resolving field problems and execute the works according to the latest approved revision of shop drawings and /or instruction of Line manager or project manager.· Materials take off from shop drawings and prepare red marked drawings for final AS Built Drawings
