I have flair for identifying the best aspects of a process and I try to implement it to the most suitable situation. I have been prolific in handling corporate relations as a representative for my alma mater. I spend most of my academic session in solving case studies and doing management Research. I derive pleasure out of deciphering corporate manifestos of Indian and multi-National Companies that give an insight into their objectives, goals and global footprints. I intend to design similar manifesto for my organization as well from the Employee-Management relation point of view.I have been actively organizing Meditation gatherings in Pune. I also attend to slum kids in and around Pune locality and teach them through NGO-based programs regularly. I intend to continue my services and contribute to the society.
