Initially these were rented to the local council and self-managed. Eventually we formed a limited company when we bought our first HMO. Originally listed as a 5-bed house it is now reconfigured as 4 x 1bedroom flats.Our strategy over the years has developed and now we are looking to work with those Landlords who wish to retire or no longer wish to manage their own portfolio, finding that they have had enough of the stress, daily hassle, tenants, maintenance etc.We can manage these properties for our clients or indeed in some cases buy the portfolio from the Landlord (with the help of our Investors) and manage them for our Investors.It is important that as we grow, we stay "Hands On" at the same time. Retaining a personal touch is vital to our strategy and what makes us unique.Having bought my first house as a wreck and completely renovated it from scratch I am well versed with all aspects of property maintenance, repair and with my own portfolio I am an experience and fully accredited NRLA Landlord.
