Results-orientated IT leader, product manager and educator, with over 20 years’ experience in higher education: teaching, Innovating, resolving challenges and leading teams. Directed various enterprise level IT projects, initiatives, and integrations at R1 higher ed institutions. Oversee product management & operations for internally produced technology solutions for LMS, mobile, and other solutions. Has been responsible for many enterprise level academic technology services, including Canvas, Zoom, Turnitin, and other critical enterprise learning tools. Extensive experience working with IT procurement and vendor relationships. Very active in cross institution collaboration, working on many consortium committees. Active presenter at industry conferences and events as well as very active in UNIZIN, EDUCAUSE, and other organizations related technology, teaching and research in higher education. Lead initiative on mobile strategy at Penn State, and was responsible for launching Penn State Go, the all-in-one mobile app for students, faculty and staff, which now has over 150 downloads in just over two years.Recognized subject matter expert on Instructional Technology, learning tools, and LMS in higher ed. Adjunct faculty member teaching courses in human centered design, humanities and linguistics. Currently Director of Information Technology at the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.
