I assisted the executive committee of the largest insurance company in Lyon to define their Digital Transformation objectives and main ambitions for the next 4 years. Conducting more than 30 interviews in a month to ensure everyone was on board with the decisions.

The CEO of a company I've been working with during my programme management experience knocked at my door wondering if I could take the lead on the merger he was operating. The goal was to rationalize the resulting organization (500 staff). From high executive decisions, to redefining roles with legal experts and HR, and even moving furniture, everything was orchestrated as a unique and clean 4 months project.

Programme Manager: I directed the IT Migration of over 260,000 contracts for a remote customer keeping the team's moral high despite a very ambitious planning and personally coordinating by the minute the successful launch week-end.

Programme SHIVA for APRIL:• I was entrusted with the role of number two for a 12 million euros Programme by the CEO of the consulting company I was working for. Over the next 2,5 years, I helped him with the direction of the operations to renew the whole software architecture in a large French insurance company.• I was called the "Fireman" and was asked in 3 different occasions by the top management to take the lead on critical projects hitting roadblocks and slowing down the whole Program, putting them back on track over an average of 2 months each.Programme Web Access Factory for APRIL:• Another major digital transformation was in progress, the Programme Director of which required my help to improve their workflow. We transformed the organization from Waterfall to Agile methodology for a 100 staff team during the next year to make sure the Programme runs smoothly.• Agile had been set up for a few weeks in the organization but difficulties were encountered to make the decision making process efficient. Derivating the principles of poker planning, I implemented a new decision workflow for the stakeholders with custom gaming cards improving the transparancy and understanding of the decisions for all.

Legal reasons were preventing the exploitation and the security team from smoothly working together. I assisted the legal department in the redaction of a contract that would promote common incentives unlocking several projects.

As part of the digital transformation of the French retirement system, I assisted the direction of an 8 million euros programme to create the main calculation engine to score each career history and deploy the software in the South-East of France.I initiated the automation of the reporting using advanced Excel programming. It led to a 20% time gain for all project managers while ensuring that the clients consistently received timely and complete information.As a project leader, I coordinated a 20 staff local and remote team to execute the IT migration from the old system to the new one including the successful transfer of datas & portfolio for over 150,000 customers.

I timely wrote a report on the safety of the factory to authorize the post-2015 exploitation of the Nuclear Plant including 23 extra-suggestions for improving the facility from the experts.
