Throughout my professional career I had the opportunity to gain substantial experience working for independent wealth managers based in Lugano serving high net worth individuals and institutional clients. After a period (2002-2009) where I held mainly technical roles related to financial markets analysis, investment strategies and portfolio risks management, I subsequently had the opportunity to deepen each area of expertise typical of a Swiss independent wealth manager until I became able to direct and manage the company in full compliance with regulatory developments. My skills range from acquiring and retaining clients to keeping relations with institutional partners, from turnover and costs analysis to compliance matters and relations with regulators, from the design and implementation of the investment strategies to the selection and management of human resources. At the same time as my professional career, I kept solid contacts with the academic world and therefore I still keep some lessons at the University of Milan-Bicocca and at Centro di Studi Villa Negroni in Vezia.I have excellent analytical and organizational skills and a strong editorial and communicative expertise. I am also a reliable person who knows how to move with precision, speed and professionalism to achieve the goals and that can face and solve complex problems with commitment and enthusiasm.
