Throughout the past half-decade, I have improved my skills as a customer service representative and help desk agent. I've learned how to effectively guide non-technically inclined users through basic processes ranging from clearing a browsers' cache to setting up port forwarding on their modem. Technical documentation writing, often referred to as Engineer Translations in my office during my time as a Critical Situation Manager for Microsoft, and process documentation writing such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are both skills I utilize on a daily basis. I've also written usage guides for outside users. My goal is to never have a user or customer unhappy with the service I provide, nor confused on a product I support.
