My role was to lead an operational team of 11 people situated in Helsinki and Santa Monica; Campaign, Key Account and Ad Network Partner Management as well as Service Delivery and Creative Design production teams.My team was making sure that advertising campaigns are delivered fluently in all Rovio games and channels - on every screen. Our responsibilities included supporting all Rovio business units and external partners with their promotional campaigns, game launch preparations and the development of new advertising business models, products, operational tools and services.

Built an operational Campaign Management team from the ground up consisting of Ad Traffickers, Campaign and Key Account Managers.

Worked in close co-operation with Unit Manager in developing Rovio Advertising business. Main responsibilities included concepting and managing Advertising solutions for different digital platforms, roadmap planning in co-operation with technical product management, supporting Sales & Marketing teams in concepting custom advertising solutions. Acted as a contact base for Ads Business.

Global campaign production for Ad Sales and User Acquisition Campaigns. Team lead and Scrum Master for Sulake Design Team.

Assisted EVP of Global Ad Sales and Global Head of Ad Operations situated in the UK and Sales teams in seven countries to run digital global commercial operations for Habbo Hotel. Main responsibilities included co-ordination, production and product development of custom advertising elements like branded virtual spaces and elements inside the hotel. Key role in being the link between international operational members and the product HQ.

Assisted international Sulake offices in 13 different countries with Sulake’s main product Habbo. My main responsibilities included Habbo ad sales product portfolio development, packaging and training.

Advertising and marketing campaign coordination, implementation and sales in Habbo Finland. Habbo was one of the world’s largest and fastest growing virtual worlds and social networking services for teenagers.

Paperinkeräys Oy was the biggest recovered paper producer and merchant in Finland. Paperinkeräys took care of producer responsibility for printing and writing papers on behalf of the paper manufacturers.

Music promotion work (@Kerma, Batofar, Soda, Rosegarden, Koneisto) as a hobby. Own monthly club nights in Helsinki and Paris.
