The lab's focus is on the role of the herpes simplex virus in autophagy, mRNA processing, and mRNA stability through experimental methods including confocal microscopy, RT-PCR, cloning, Western blot, Northern blot, flow cytometry, and splicing/polyadenylation reporters.
