These skills have helped me navigate the complexity of project and contract management, consistently delivering outstanding results. Much like my love for trekking, where persistence is highly important and required for success, I’ve driven projects to success through resilience, determination and dedication. With my team of experts and dedicated professionals, we have developed, managed and delivered various projects for the Nigerian government, both at the federal and state levels, including private companies and some non governmental organizations. These projects were delivered within budget, on time, cost effectiveness and within-scope. My determination to ensure all our projects are properly managed and well finished is fueled with different skills and the ability to move mountains when faced with several obstacles. Similarly, as a team leader of one of the leading project and construction management firms in Nigeria, I operate a project management office that has achieved remarkable results in project delivery. This is akin to reaching the summit in project management. My strength goes beyond managing projects, I also foster collaboration across different professionals. On diverse occasion, I was able to foster collaboration among engineering, operating and legal experts, to resolve conflicts and contractual disputes promptly, ensuring seamless execution of project.
