• Key member of the 4-person core planning team of the 4th Meeting of the Selection Committee of the Appellate Body Members for the completion of the selection process of Appellate Body members.• Key member of the 4-person core planning team of the 8th Meeting of the Dispute Settlement Body for the appointment of the first 5 Appellate Body members and the adoption of the Indicative List of Panelists.• Co-drafted the 2023 Dispute Settlement Body Work Plan for the consideration and adoption of the Dispute Settlement Body.• Coordinated programs and projects of the Dispute Settlement Division including budgeting and approvals, coordinating program service providers, overseeing activities, and liaising with other AfCFTA directorates, mainly Procurement, Finance, and Communication.

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance including advising the largest cryptocurrency exchange in Africa in connection with its product and service offerings/operations in Ghana.• Draft and review complex transaction documents including a legal due diligence report for the proposed acquisition of a leading group of private non-bank financial institutions and on-lending loan notes templates for a European investment platform.• Research and issue opinions on a wide range of legal concerns for clients in the projects, infrastructure, and financing industries.• Develop a project implementation roadmap for the establishment of an alternative dispute settlement centre.• Collaborate with the Disputes practice team on high value commercial, civil, and regulatory disputes.• Develop monthly energy digests and thought leadership including an article on “the Ghanaian framework for private-public partnerships”.
