Education is my ultimate goal in life. As a long life student, I thrive to grain experiences in many places of the globe looking for ideas, experiences, and information I can bring into my future as an educator. Even though I am a licensed teacher, my drive has lead me further into places such as Korea to look for these said experiences in order to better education at home. My main passion lies in multicultural values in the classroom. Whether with race, religion, gender identity, social status or personal beliefs, I want to gain as much knowledge as I can in order to bring a better system dealing with multicultural beliefs in the classroom (which I believe is lacking). I hope to one day go for my doctorate, develop diversity programs, and teach a philosophy of acceptance to future students. My previous experiences include teaching in a South Korean Elementary School, Hug High School, McQueen High School, and substitute teaching. Furthermore, my experiences with teaching Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention have furthered my experiences.
