When I returned to focus on Kisan Canteen, I quickly realized that starting the project was more challenging than anticipated. There was a crucial gap in research and data collection; having solid ground-level projects in place was essential for effective execution. I had heard that "data is the fuel," but I soon discovered that having the right infrastructure—an "engine"—was just as important to utilize that fuel effectively.Though the timing might have seemed late, as the saying goes in Hindi, "Der Aaye Hain, Durusth Aaye Hain" (better late than never). This perspective has kept me optimistic. Leading Kisan Canteen day by day has been a motivating experience, and I draw strength from my past experiences and calculated predictions. I firmly believe that Kisan Canteen has the potential to become a significant force for positive change in rural communities. It has the capacity to be a game-changer for the countryside of India.

When I founded RABLTAOJ Private Limited, my primary vision was to implement the ambitious "billion-acre idea" through Kisan Canteen, or as I sometimes call it, RABLTAOJ Agri. However, an unexpected opportunity in the clothing industry presented itself to me. Given my extensive network in that sector, I realized it would be relatively straightforward to manufacture quality garments and secure the necessary funding. It almost felt like a coincidence that everything aligned perfectly for me to build a great brand.With this realization, I launched SELIBRITY, the first brand under RABLTAOJ. While my mind was deeply engaged in parallel research for Kisan Canteen, I dedicated myself fully to SELIBRITY. I established strong networks that spanned from India to Africa, and I owe a great deal of gratitude to Ameyaw Debrah, who played a pivotal role in this journey.Having established a solid foundation for SELIBRITY, I knew it was time to shift my focus back to Kisan Canteen. I believe that brands can be built at any time, as branding is fundamentally about maintaining quality and reputation. However, opportunities to create significant change, like those presented by Kisan Canteen, are time-sensitive. Once missed, they may never come again. With the leadership experience I gained from SELIBRITY and a clearer understanding of business, I felt ready to fully implement the billion-acre idea through Kisan Canteen.In essence, SELIBRITY was a byproduct of my journey from having zero knowledge about business to gaining a foundational understanding of it. Once my research for Kisan Canteen was complete, I transitioned my focus to this crucial venture, knowing that the time was right to make a lasting impact.

My tenure at the Terminal Ballistics Research Laboratory (TBRL), under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), was a transformative period in my life. The time I spent there provided me with invaluable insights into the realm of defense technology and research. I had the privilege of working alongside some of the brightest minds in the field, which expanded my technical knowledge and sharpened my analytical skills.However, it was during this period that I also gained a sobering understanding of the work culture within government institutions. As a scientist, I often found the environment to be rigid, where innovation was often stifled by bureaucratic hurdles. The realization dawned on me that my vision—my drive to bring about significant change—could not be fully realized within the confines of traditional employment or research institutions.This understanding was a turning point. I knew that if I wanted to truly implement my vision, I had to step out of the established paths and create my own. It was a bold decision, but one that felt necessary. With just 5000 INR as initial capital, I founded RABLTAOJ Private Limited. This venture became the vessel through which I could channel my passion, creativity, and desire to make a real impact, unencumbered by the limitations I had previously faced.The journey from TBRL to RABLTAOJ was not just a career shift but a realization that sometimes, to fulfill your vision, you have to create your own path.
