Project ManagerValuable member of sixteen person team, who worked on a wide array of residential, commercial, and multi-use buildings on all phases of projects. From schematic design through design development, to the production of full construction sets for the NYC DOB, and the subsequent processes of construction administration/coordination. Projects personally worked on ranged from one-story alterations, to mid-size gut-rehabilitations and enlargements, to substantial ground-up 300,000 square foot all-new works. Comprehensive zoning, filing, analyzing, evaluating, and coordinating experience attained through working closely with the principal architect, members of the diverse office team, engineers and interior design consultants, community board representatives, landmarks and preservation consultants, contractors, expeditors, developers, and clients on a daily or frequent basis.

Junior Architect December 2010 - PresentContributed in the design and production of schematic design documents for interior office and large-scale residential renovation projects.Visualization Specialist & Installation Crew Member June 2010 - September 2010Revised digital models and produced renderings for two competition projects, including one winning entry. Member of construction crew for the Supima Flat Field, an architectural installation underneath the High Line, adjacent to Neil Denari's HL23.

Worked exclusively with the principal to develop a design for a destination hotel complex. Additionally a member of an eclectic architectural and urban design team where personal responsibilities included 3D modelling, rendering, diagramming, drafting and detailing drawings.

Full Time: June 2005-September 2007 Summer & Winter Part Time: June 2002-Feb 2005 Constructed and revised architectural drawings, from schematic design proposals and presentations to full sets of construction documents for the DOB. Projects ranged from new apartment buildings to large-scale renovations of schools and retail complexes. Created and assisted on digital renderings and aided presentation material.
