 Responsible to achieve daily production and accuracy targets. Responsible for transaction processing according to standard work & SOP.  Analyzing complex documents pertaining to Account setup and assign them accurate document type Working closely with project members to effectively deliver on the day-to-day requirements. Plans and organizes task and work responsibilities to achieve targets. Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA. Analyzing the quote information received from agents and accumulating data from documents received/taking action as per the defined guidelines.  Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual and team goals are met. Responsible in maintaining in key records like working files, emails for reference and audit purpose.  An individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work.
