CurrentClient Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new Enterprise clients, establishing a strong foundation for their success with our platform.Consultation and Training: Provide personalized consultations and training sessions to restaurant owners and staff, ensuring they fully understand how to utilize the platform to optimize their operations.Customization: Collaborate with clients to tailor the platform to their specific needs, including menu setup, integrations with existing systems, and configuration of features.Troubleshooting and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing any technical issues or questions they may have and providing timely resolution or escalation when necessary.Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and resources to support the onboarding process, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials.Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback during the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to inform product development and enhancements.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless transition for clients and drive continuous improvement of the onboarding process
