Handle most of the sales and bring new clients to the firm. Conduct sales presentations and provide construction packages.Discuss with suppliers and get the teams trained to keep up with advancing construction techniques and obtain certifications.

• Review engineering drawings (mechanical, electrical and structural) on PDF or CAD to evaluate scope of work and prepare estimates for clients• Review engineers specifications and perform walkthroughs to identify the specifications should meet the site requirements• Create and update professional project schedule on Microsoft Project and Gantt charts and submit to clients on a weekly basis• Manage and monitor construction progress to meet the project budge and schedule• Prepare as Build documents on AutoCAD for consultant review and approval• Work for sister company Lieber Mechanical Contracting to work with engineers and suggest high efficient equipment, evaluate its ROI and savings• Prepare all CCDC contract documents with clients and subcontractors including CCDC 2, CCDC 9A/9B, CCDC 14, CCDC 15, etc• Prepare specifications and tender out to sub trades• Possess excellent knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, chillers, AHUs, boilers, cooling towers, etc• A proven record in commercial and industrial project management • Keep track of all vendor accounts and payments from clients on QuickBooks

• Review engineering drawings and evaluate scope of works to prepare a Quotation for Client review and approval.• Ability to establish and maintain strong alliances; lead and motivate teams; drive projects to successful completion; exceed customer expectations and achieve fiscal bottom-line results.• Project Coordination, process project permits, scheduling and assisting Project Manager with various projects.• Process expense reports; ensure proper documentation, spreadsheets and files.• Access QuickBooks to maintain and keep record of all Vendor and Client accounts, issue cheques and processing of Payrolls.• Create invoices in QuickBooks and send to clients and follow-up for payments as per Terms due.• Receive invoices from Vendors/Sub-contractors and issue payments with reference to the services provided.• Prepare monthly and year end closings and prepare analysis of accounts as requested.• Answer phone calls, communicating and liaison with clients and sub-contractors to analyze and discuss about the progression of project.• Shift scheduling and monitoring, filling up for absent employees.• Establish and maintain business-to-business communication and assisting in client enquiries and account adjustments.

• Analyze client's utility bills in detail to focus on areas of high consumption. • Manage and monitor building's energy efficiency requirements and prepare a detailed project package along with high energy efficient equipment presentation.• Carry out projects for energy audits of commercial, industrial and retail building involving planning, design, scheduling, safety measures and client meetings.• Work with engineers to suggest new high efficient equipment and evaluate ROI and savings.• Review, approve and issue monthly progress draw, ensuring budget and schedules are consistent with construction progress on site.• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with developer partners, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
