Calculate Recovery, Salt Passage, Salt Rejection and differential Pressures of Plants.• Perform CIP with Chemicals (Alkaline and Acidic) of RO Plants.• Sending technical feedback to the department during and after visit.• Identify problems related to water treatment and finding appropriate solutions for smooth & trouble free operation of plants.• Troubleshooting in Plants concerning to mechanical and chemical aspects.• Work on new opportunities, grow company’s business. • Maintain reagents inventory, chemicals inventory, customer records, etc. • Collect plant data, design water treatment plans according to it • Ensure compliance with company’s health, safety and environmental policies. • Train customer’s staff about chemical treatment and handling of chemicals.

Pakistan Steel Mills is the largest integrated complex having a production capacity of 1.1 million tonnes flat Steel products including Billets, Slabs, Hot Rolled Coils, Cold Rolled Coils and Coke. The purpose of Oxygen Plant is to provide Oxygen Gas to Steel Making Department for Oxidation (Blowing) in Converter for quality products of Steel. Moreover, Nitrogen Gas (a by-product of Oxygen Plant) is also supplied to its consumers as an inert gas.  To monitor operations and maintenance of process equipments mainly, Cold Box and related accessories, Centrifugal Isothermal type Air Compressors (42500 m3/hr), Expansion Turbines (3500-4500 m3/hr), Reciprocating Oxygen Compressors (5500 m3/hr), Double acting Reciprocating Nitrogen Compressor (250 m3/hr) Process Heat Exchangers (Shell & Tube and Plate Type). Part of a team responsible for Plant shut Down and for Startup. To follow the approved work instructions, standard operating procedures and safety instructions. ISO Co-coordinator (9001-2008, 18001-2007). To provide work instructions to all operators/ Control Room Operators regarding Process and Productions. To implement daily, weekly and monthly schedule regarding inspection of equipment’s e.g. regeneration and operation of Liquid Oxygen Filter, Desiccating Bottles, Oil Filters etc. To coordinate with other section Incharges regarding planning of PPM and repairs. To ensure that the Log books of all the equipment related to process are kept updated.  Managing Production according to production plan. Process supervision, “Cryogenic Distillation” for Oxygen and nitrogen gases and liquid states and well versed with the Plant drawings PID's and PFD's. Ensure the quality standards of product.
