Designed and implemented a High Voltage Battery pack of 428.4V 7.2kWh. using LiCo2pouch cells and a BMS for the same Modular Topology monitoring up to 102 cellvoltage and 48 cell temperatures and the total current of the battery pack and codedwith embedded C using Arduino.Handled the High Voltage Electrical circuitry and harnessing inside the battery pack,and the mechanical assembly of the segments and the container of the pack.Implemented passive balancing in the BMS board up to 300mA of balancing current.Researched the State of Charge and the State of Health. studied the Extended KalmanFilter and implemented an algorithm for the same.Designed a Low Voltage Battery Pack of 14.4V 21Ah pack using LFP cylindrical cells and a BMS for the same monitoring 4 cell voltages and 4 cell temperatures and the current of the battery pack.
