I am a Functional Consultant at Oracle, where I help clients implement and optimize NetSuite, a cloud-based business management software. I have been working at Oracle since Dec 2022, and I have successfully completed multiple projects for clients in various industries. I have also obtained two NetSuite certifications: SuiteFoundations and Financial User. Before joining Oracle, I was a Customer Experience Associate at TD for a year, where I supported customers with their banking needs and provided excellent service. I also have seven years of experience as a Freelance Graphic Designer, creating logos, flyers, posters, and videos for various clients. I have a passion for graphic design and marketing, and I have won several awards and nominations for my work, including a third place in a graphic design contest and a music video nominee.I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Digital Enterprise Management from the University of Toronto, where I learned how to apply digital technologies and strategies to solve business problems. I also have a Certificate of Digital Communication from Sheridan College, where I enhanced my skills in graphic design and social media. I speak Urdu, Arabic, and Punjabi, and I value diversity and inclusion in my work and life.
