Contracted to help decommission old computers, deploying Windows 10 LTSC on brand new PCs and setting up classrooms to be fit for purpose.I was assigned to work at Ravenswood in Bromley to join their in-house IT support team with a refresh of their PC set-up, including decommissioning 100+ older desktop PCs in preparation for the delivery of 240 new desktops and monitors, as well as a wider rollout of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 and Microsoft Office 2021. I also:- Terminated CAT5 cables currently used and assessing the integrity of network cables- Setting up classrooms with 20 PCs each, cable tying and deployment after- Deploying Windows on new PCs using MDT x86/x64 bit depending on the amount of RAM available in each machine- Using WASP to categorise and label each device in correspondence with their location and total cost
